Native Mode E-Mailer for MS Explorer on Windows

1. This is a web based E-mailer workable with MS Explorer 4 or 5 on Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0. "Native Mode" means that this program can not process Japanese mails without Japanese Windows. If you need to process them without it, please connect to Japanese E-Mailer page.

2. If you have not yet got your mail account in our server or are using a different browser, please read the explanation in our main page and return back here later.

3. If your MS Exploror 4 crashes during the initiation of E-mailer instead of displaying it, it is because you have not installed the last version of Java VM (a part of Browser's program which interprets Java code). Please update it from Microsoft VM's downloading page and return back here later.
