if you know how to write your name in Chinese characters, you can use them directly because Japanese use Chinese characters (traditional characters), too. Please post here the picture of your name, I will say how to pronounce. (cf. documentation/formatting on the left side to know hot to post).
No. Avétsa isn't a Japanese term.

Dear Sir,
Fukuo jiden is the autobiography written by a famous Japanese journalist, educator and the founder of Keio University, Fukuzawa Yukichi (1834-1901). His portrait is on the 10,000 yen bank note, by the way. Fuku is his initial letter, o means old man, jiden means autobiography. Describing Japanese customs of the late 19th century with a talented pen, Fukuo jiden is considered as classic of Japanese nonfictions literature.
